Returns & Exchanges
For digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued once the order has been placed and the payment has been processed.
We won't be able to make any changes to the prices if the discount code has not been applied, prior to placing your order.
For physical items, like printed planners, you have 24 hours time frame to cancel your order. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, all of our printed planners are made to order.
If you do not pickup your order or refuse delivery and it is returned to us or abandoned by the Postal Service, we will not offer a refund.
We do NOT accept exchanges or returns. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival or we have made a mistake on your order, please notify us within 48 hours and we can work together to resolve the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
